In my experience, woman tend to be good at noticing how other women dress. The notice their hair styles and aren’t afraid to compliment one another. Even if they don’t know each other that well.
Just last week a neighbor who we know in passing said hi to my wife and complimented her new hair style. We don’t even know this neighbor’s name.
As a guy, when was the last time you told another guy you know that you liked their hair style? Or their clothes? Their facial hair?
Probably never.
